Erica
Farmer

Erica Farmer is Executive Vice President of Strategic Marketing at Gemini XIII, where she leads brand, audience, and growth strategy across the company’s portfolio of premium podcasts, creators, and original IP. Her role sits at the intersection of marketing, content development, and production, guiding creative strategy and execution from concept through distribution. She brings a modern, audience-first approach—blending creative leadership, platform fluency, and data-driven execution—to scale brands and build culturally relevant franchises.

Before joining Gemini XIII, Erica served as Marketing Director at Westwood One, the national audio division of Cumulus Media. There, she helped drive growth across a robust slate of award-winning podcasts and nationally syndicated programming, including the NFL, NCAA, the Masters, the AP, and the ACM Awards. Her work spanned digital marketing, strategic partnerships, and production efforts around high-impact tentpole events like the Super Bowl.

Previously, Erica played a pivotal role at Townsquare Media, where she helped launch and scale the company’s Live Events vertical. As both a corporate and field producer, she built large-scale music festivals and lifestyle events across key U.S. markets, working with artists such as Alabama Shakes, Dierks Bentley, En Vogue, Rob Zombie, and Dr. Dog—experiences that shaped her expertise at the intersection of content, community, and culture. Erica began her career at World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), producing domestic and international television programming including WWE Raw and WWE SmackDown. She led production and operations for WWE’s first exclusive partnership with Hulu and created content for major U.S. and global broadcasters, including USA Network, SyFy, FOX Sports 1, Sky Sports, and Fuji TV. She is also credited with developing bespoke story-driven content for the WWE 2K video game franchise.
