Charles Steinhauer

Charles Steinhauer is Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Gemini XIII, where he is a driving force behind the company’s operational scale, strategic vision, and long-term growth. He oversees operations, systems, and enterprise strategy across all facets of the business, while playing a pivotal role in shaping Gemini XIII’s partnerships ecosystem and guiding how the company collaborates with creators, brands, and media partners.

Steinhauer brings decades of experience building, integrating, and optimizing large-scale media organizations. Prior to founding Gemini XIII, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Westwood One, the largest audio network in America, where he led the company’s day-to-day operations and managed programming, technology, distribution, sports, affiliate services, research, compliance, and corporate strategy.

Steinhauer began his career in direct marketing before transitioning into media research at Winstar Global Media, which later merged with Dial Communications to form Dial Global—setting the foundation for a career defined by innovation, scale, and operational excellence.

Beyond his executive leadership, Steinhauer is a widely respected industry voice, having served on numerous boards and councils, including the Media Ratings Council, Network Radio Research Council, Network Radio Compliance Council, Advertising Research Foundation, Radio Advertising Bureau Council, and the Nielsen Advisory Board.
