Spencer Brown is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Gemini XIII, where he sets the strategic vision for the company and leads its execution across growth, governance, and operations. With a founder’s mindset and an operator’s discipline, Spencer oversees revenue, finance, investor relations, and organizational leadership, while guiding the evolution of Gemini’s content and distribution ecosystem through the Gemini Distribution Network (GDN).
An early leader in modern audio and media platforms, Spencer previously founded Cadence13, a premier podcast company built to serve creators and brands at scale. Under his leadership, Cadence13 became one of the most respected podcast networks in the industry and was acquired by Audacy, Inc. in 2019.
Earlier, Spencer served as Chief Executive Officer of Dial Global (now Westwood One), where he led the transformation of the business into the nation’s largest independent distributor of national broadcast radio programming following its merger with Westwood One. During this period, the company was home to some of the most iconic sports and cultural franchises in media, including the NFL, NCAA Basketball Tournament, the Grammys, The Masters, and the Olympic Games.
